Slap! Love it! I grew up in Truro. I am currently living in Toronto. I am a Queer performer. I just put out my second music video for track no. 6 from my recently released Ep “Cd of Troy”. Track 6 is titled “The Batty Boys Revenge” it is a my pop re-evoloution track speaking out against homophobic violence world wide. I was inspired by the Stop Murder Music Canada campaign which speaks out against homophobic dance hall music.

I’m very impressed with the way you comment on current events. I may not be Canadian but before I found your site, I thought that the U.S was the worst country to be LGBT in, but I seem to be wrong.
I stumbled upon this site while doing research for a persuasion speech about Homophobia I’m doing for my Speech class and I must say that I’m impressed with both your reporting skills and illustrations. You give a much needed voice to issues many people will sweep under the rug, such as the ban on gays donating their blood and organs, because untill they are faced with that situation they could care less.
Once again, Congratulations on being so suceesful in many countries world wide and I hope it stays that way.
